SUMMER CAMPS Deposits must be made by May 24th, 2012 in order to reserve spots and final balances must be paid one week prior to each camp.

The Edge Dance Company Members Will Be Traveling to L.A.

The Edge dance company members will be traveling to L.A. the first week in April to attend Dance Excellence. Dance Excellence invites one studio per state and 45 countries to attend their dance festival. Xpress is honored to be chosen to represent the state of Mississippi. This is a huge opportunity for our dancers. Not only will the dancers be taking classes every day from reknown choreographers and teachers, but they will also be performing in the performance board competition and also at Disneyland.

We are selling raffle tickets:
Raffle tickets are $50 each and the drawing will be held
at the studio on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 5PM
You do not need to be present to win; however, we will be having
light appetizers and soft drinks for the drawing.
All tickets need to be bought by Thursday, March 1, 2012.
All proceeds will be donated to The Edge
dance company to fund their trip to Los Angeles.

Cost / Prizes

Pro-Dance is Heading to NYC!

Pro-Dance was personally invited to take class with the members of Billy Belle's company, "Lunge", in NYC at the end of this month. Billy Belle was on the hit tv series SYTYCD. While there Pro-Dance will be taking additional classes at BDC and Steps. They will also be seeing the live performance of "Echo". This is a prestigious honor, and we are thrilled for the opportunity!

France Beard won Miss MS Outstanding Teen... She also won Overall Talent!
Sidney Anthony is continuing her studies of dance at SMU; She recently performed in Alraune by Pilobolus Dance Theatre and Panorama with the Martha Graham Dance Company
Ashley Robertson is continuing her studies of Elementary Education at the University of Alabama where she is a member of the nationally ranked Crimson Cabaret Dance Team
France Beard wins Madison Miss Outstanding Teen and heads to State in June
Rollins Parker and Tinsley Martin were awarded National scholarships to VIP
Regional scholarships were awarded to France Beard, Monkey Dulske, Kassidy Gillis, Brooklyn Hawsey, and Lauren Swyers
Nuvo scholarships were awarded to Meredith Goings, Lauren Swyers, Brooklyn Hawsey, and Lindsey Swyers
